Cacao Meditation

Circle for Chile

The fires are still burning.

As I write this, Chile is ablaze—forests, homes, animals, entire ecosystems consumed. The land my ancestors walked. The land that holds stories older than memory.

This is not abstract grief for me.
This is blood remembering what it means to lose home

This gathering is donation-based.

Every contribution—whatever feels aligned and accessible to you—will go directly toward relief efforts for those affected by the fires.

People. Animals. Forests. The land itself.

If you can give, please do.
If you can't, your presence is enough.

What matters is that we don't turn away.
What matters is that we remember we are all connected to this land, to this loss, to one another.

On January 25th at 11:00 am est, I'm holding a cacao meditation circle in prayer and solidarity with Chile.

This will not be a performance of ceremony.
It will be a space to grieve together. To hold what feels too heavy to hold alone. To remember that even in the face of devastation, we can still tend to one another.

We'll open with cacao, the heart medicine, and move through guided meditation, collective prayer, and time to simply sit with what this moment is asking of us.

You don't need to know how to pray.
You don't need to have all the right words.
You just need to show up with your heart.
